The only thing you have to be really careful about is not burning the walnuts (they go from brown to black very quickly). And if you don't like toasting walnuts, you can always eat them raw. They go very well in soups and on salads. They also make great in-between meal treats.

Anyone can toast walnuts. Toasting walnuts is very simple. All you need is an oven, a cooking sheet, and some walnuts. Of course, if you try toasted walnuts and find that you don't like them, you don't need to toast your walnuts. You can always eat your walnuts raw. Raw walnuts have the advantage of being even healthier than toasted walnuts.

Returning to the issue of nutrition, walnuts are much more nutritious than other kinds of nuts mostly because of their high omega-3 content. Omega-3s are essential to the human body. We need our omega-3s. In conclusion, replace crummy diet desserts with toasted walnuts. Walnuts taste better and they are far healthier. Walnuts also have the benefit of being cheap and widely available.
